The security of 2100 Ross Avenue tenants and visitors is one of our highest priorities. Consequently, we have developed and implemented a system to maximize personal safety and minimize property damage and theft.
Our security system is composed of many elements, including a computerized fire and smoke detector system, monitored closed circuit cameras, 24-hour on-site security and two-way radio communication between the Management Office staff, Security staff ((214) 754-6911), Engineering and Building Maintenance staff. Specific elements of our security system are outlined in this chapter.
Ultimately, responsibility for security in your suite rests with you, the tenant.
